Is GST included in your prices?
Yes. Every rate shown on this website already includes GST. Cash discounts are available — ask when booking.
Should I choose remote or onsite support?
If the computer turns on and can get online, remote support is often the quicker option and has no call-out. Hardware faults, Wi-Fi coverage, cabling or a computer that won't start usually need a visit. Describe the symptoms in your email and we will suggest which suits.
Where do you provide onsite support?
Onsite visits cover 31 suburbs in Melbourne's east, listed on this page. Remote support is available outside that area.
Do you repair Macs or recover data from failed drives?
No. We focus on Windows PCs, networks, email and small business IT. We don't offer Apple Mac repairs, data recovery or website design.
