Common questions
Why does my Wi-Fi keep dropping out?
Common causes include router placement, interference, an overloaded or outdated router, too many devices or thick walls between rooms. We test where the signal actually fails before suggesting mesh systems, extenders or cabling.
My printer is connected but won't print. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. It is often a network address change, a stuck print queue or a driver problem. Some cases can be sorted remotely; others need someone at the printer.
Do I need a faster internet plan?
Not always. Slow internet is often a Wi-Fi coverage or equipment issue rather than the plan itself. We check before you pay for an upgrade.
Do you fix NBN connection faults?
We set up and troubleshoot your modem, router and home network. Faults on the NBN line itself must be fixed by your internet provider — we can help you work out which side the problem is on.
