Onsite support
Call-out from $99
plus labour from $149 per hour, GST included
We come to your home or office in our service area. The call-out is charged in addition to labour.

All displayed rates include GST. Prices are starting rates, not fixed job prices.
Common questions
Why is my Windows computer so slow?
Common causes are too many programs starting with Windows, an ageing hard drive, low memory, pending updates or unwanted software. We check which applies before recommending anything — sometimes a clean-up is enough, sometimes an SSD or memory upgrade makes more sense.
Is it worth repairing my old computer?
It depends on the fault and the age of the machine. We explain the likely cost of repair against replacement so you can decide before parts are ordered.
Can you move my files to a new computer?
Yes. We set up new Windows computers and transfer your files, email and settings from the old one while it still works. Recovering data from a failed or unreadable drive is a separate specialist service we don't provide.
Do you repair Apple Macs?
No. We work on Windows desktops, laptops and all-in-ones only.
