With your permission, we connect to your computer over the internet. Suits email, software, settings and speed problems.
Onsite support
Call-out from $99
plus labour from $149 per hour, GST included
We come to your home or office in our service area. The call-out is charged in addition to labour.

All displayed rates include GST. Prices are starting rates, not fixed job prices.
Common questions
Staff can't open the shared folders. Can you help?
Yes. Shared-folder problems usually come from permissions, a changed password, a network or NAS issue, or a OneDrive/Dropbox sync problem. We work out which and fix it.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — by the visit or on a regular arrangement, combining remote and onsite support to suit the business. Charges are based on the rates shown on this page.
How do onsite charges work?
An onsite visit is a call-out from $99 plus labour from $149 per hour. The call-out is in addition to labour. All displayed rates include GST.
Can you set up computers for new staff?
Yes — Windows setup, email, printers, shared files and the software your business uses, plus tidying up access when someone leaves.
