Common questions
Why won't Outlook send or receive emails?
Common causes are a changed password, outdated account settings after a provider change, a full mailbox, a corrupted profile or a security update. Many of these can be fixed remotely.
Can you set up email on our own business domain?
Yes — addresses like you@yourbusiness.com.au, set up on computers and phones. This is email configuration only; we don't build or design websites.
Can you move our email to a new provider?
Yes. We plan the move carefully and check mail, contacts and calendars afterwards. As with any migration, we recommend a backup of existing mail first.
Why are my emails on my phone but not my computer?
This usually comes down to how each device is connected to the mailbox. We set them up so mail, folders and sent items match across devices.
